• baijj may request a copy of a national identity card or passport for identity verification (KYC).
• The account is non-transferable and must not be used by a third party.

The following eligibility requirements must be met to use the baijj platform:

• You must be capable of making decisions with full mental capacity.
• You must play with your own money — gambling with borrowed money is prohibited.
• If a minor's account is identified, baijj will close it immediately.

• Wagering Requirement: A 25x wagering requirement must be met to withdraw the welcome bonus.
• Winnings earned by playing with bonus funds are only withdrawable after the wagering requirement has been met.
• The same person, device, or IP address may not claim a bonus more than once.
• baijj reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• VIP Cashback Program: Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly, Silver — 0.4%, Gold — 0.6%, Platinum — 0.8%.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent bonus claiming is proven, the account will be closed.

• If the internet connection is lost during a game, the bet will be processed automatically.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the baijj platform and will result in permanent account cancellation:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or rewards.
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Forging or hacking another user's account information.
• Exploiting any technical error in the system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding against the platform.
• Completing account verification using a false identity or documents.
• Harassing, threatening, or using inappropriate language toward other users.
• Using a VPN or proxy to bypass geographical restrictions and access the platform.

baijj reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently cancel an account in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of the Terms.
• If unusual or suspicious transactions are observed on the account.
• If verification documents are not submitted or false documents are provided.
• If the account remains inactive for an extended period (12 consecutive months), it may be marked as inactive.

In the event of account cancellation, any legitimate funds in the balance (provided no Terms have been violated) will be returned after settlement. Users may also contact the support team at any time to request account closure.
